Prices season 2012

ARRIVAL
Saturday from 17 to 19 arrival.
In case of arrival before 17.00, the delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed .
Delayed arrivals have to be absolutely notified, since the office closes at 19.


DEPARTURE
Saturday from 8 to 10 departure.
If the apartment is not left in the intended time, 50 € of the deposit will be kept back.

Extra prices:
usage of gas light and water (from 1/11/10 till 26/05/12 and from 13/10/12 till 31/12/12):
2-room apartment 10 €/day, 3-room apartment 12 €/day.
Final cleaning: 50 EUR, if not carried out by oneself.
Stay of a pet: 50 EUR.

Extra services upon request:
1 set Bed linen single bed: 12 €.
1 set Bed linen double bed: 24 €.
1 set Bad linen: 5 €.

Internet Connection in appartment (available only in summer):
Wifi access, 2 hours 5 €, 5 hours 10 €, 10 hours 15 €.

Payment
30% upon booking per bank transfer.
70% upon arrival by cash or per bank transfer in advance.
No credit cards.

Warrenty
150 EUR by cash upon arrival.
The warranty will be returned back upon departure day and only during the above check-out time (otherwise it will be mailed back per bank transfer less deduction of post charges).

Cancellation
By mail or fax 60 days before arrival lets you have deposit back.

NB: The definitive assignment of the apartments will be exclusively established by the direction trying to satisfy the preferences communicated during the booking; these preferences cannot be guaranteed in case of not functionality of the apartments.
