Our apartments, only 1 km far from the centre, are situated in a quiet location, and the nearest shops for food, bar and restaurants are only 200 m far away.
For common use, our solarium and gazebo, with deck-chairs and tables for your relax, showers, racks for bicycles, a covered storage for your equipments, and the nice garden.

PARKING: in front of the residence there are some places reserved, but you can park also on the street in front of the apartments.
BEACH: the beach is a sandy beach, very suitable for children; the beach is free (at disposal of our guests also beach furniture) and also private: 15% discount at the private beach BAGNO VENERE.
4-5 km far away you will find also a beach for your animal friends.
CENTRE: you can easily reach the centre, walking for 10-15 minutes. Here you will find bar, restaurants, pizzerie, bancomat and pharmacy.
SHOPS: only 5 minutes by foot from our residence.
STATION: 1 km.
INTERNET CONNECTION:
rent "la Pinetina" only 200 m far away. 10 % discount on the weekly rental. For your children rent of mini electric QUAD. Possibility of excursions with mountain bikes and tasting of wines and typical products.

WINE AND OIL TASTING:
at the reception it is possible to book driven visits to the wine cellar Petra with possibility of tasting of the produced wines.
by the agricultural firm the Olivastraia is possible to visit the centenary olive-grove of the Farm, the crusher and taste the extra virgin oil.

Holiday apartments on the sea in Follonica
The residence is located 1 km south far from the centre, in a quiet place, only 200 m far from the beach; all round it is possible to find restaurants and take-away, bar and shops of typical products.
For common use a children playground, barbecues and a gazebo with tables and chairs in the open air; and also three washing-machines with tokens, racks for bicycles, and the nice garden with garden seats for your relax.
Only few meters far away also a "RENT BICYCLES".
